In 2026, in response to the growing demand for legal assistance in the fields of technological innovation and digital transformation, the Firm established its new Digital Trust Practice, a department dedicated to digital technology law and personal data protection.

The Practice advises companies, investors and industry operators across the main areas of digital law, with particular focus on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, e-commerce, digital platforms, personal data protection and privacy.

FRENCH DESK

Our French Desk provides legal assistance to French companies operating or intending to develop their business in Italy, as well as to French nationals present in Italy, and, conversely, to Italian companies and nationals operating or residing in France.

The Desk benefits from the presence in Italy of a French lawyer, holder of a French professional qualification and admitted to the Lille Bar, with in-depth knowledge of both legal systems, who assists clients with cross-border legal matters.

The Firm is also a member of the France Italy Chamber of Commerce (CCI France Italie), further confirming its commitment to supporting professional and economic relations between France and Italy.
